문재인 대통령 취임 100일 기념행사에서  대통령에게 직접 정책을 제안 할 수도 있는 자리인 만큼 각 분야에서 초청된 국민들로 행사장이 가득 찼는데 유독 아이가 있었는데 10살 황찬우 군이다.

도종환 문화체육부 장관에게 제안하길 "역사유물이 발견된 곳에는 건물을 짓지 못하게 해주세요"라는 당찬 제안을 했다.

찬우의 목표는 백성이 중심이 되는 조선을 만들고자 과학, 의학, 경제 등 분야를 가리지 않고 개혁에 힘쓴 정약용 선생님의 뜻는 것이다.

아파트 개발 예정 지역이었던 풍납토성에 백제 유물이 묻혀있다는 걸 세상에 밝혔던 이형구 교수님과 찬우의 <영재발굴단>이 특별한 만남을 준비했다.
